- Assessment session state: After you complete payment or verify your subscription, we store a reference to your active assessment session in local storage. This allows you to return to an in-progress report within 7 days without needing to re-enter payment details or re-verify. This data remains on your device and is automatically cleared when your session completes or expires.
- Form progress: Partially completed assessment form data may be saved in local storage so that nothing is lost if you navigate away or return from the payment page. This data is cleared once your assessment is submitted.
Local storage data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers independently. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-Party Cookies
Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies on your device during payment and subscription checkout flows. These cookies are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and are outside our control.
Managing Cookies and Local Storage
You can control and delete cookies and local storage data through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies or clearing local storage may affect the functionality of the website, including the ability to complete payment flows or maintain your assessment session between visits.
